Day crew is awesome, friendly, food is made well. The night crew on the other hand is anyways rude, food portions not so much and the quality is really bad. I've been going to this one for a long time and i'd say avoid it at night. It's been a consistent issue with that place for 3 years.
The best Taco Bell in the area. I refuse to go thr the Birch Run Taco Bell because of how great this one is. Employees are nice, and food is great. The only place I go when I have a late night craving. I hope they get paid what they deserve!! BUT twice now I have gone earlier in the day on a Saturday and they got half my order wrong both times.. morning crew needs to learn from afternoon crew, bad.
Last 3 times I have gone through the drive through and asked for Mild sauce I have gotten hot and fire! After asking more then once to make sure they give me mild.
